Public review: The apartment's location is amazing - on the first line, 200m away from the beach, in a quite and cozy area that felt very safe. The town itself is 2,5 hours from Barcelona and 1.5 hours away from Valencia, very convenient. The property management provided with clear check-in instructions, so all went smooth. On the second day there was an issue with the water dropping from the ceiling, so we contacted the management team on the week-end, not hoping for the swift reply. But they actually answered soon and sent a technician who figured our that it wasn't the problem in our apartment and reached out to the housekeeping company. They fixed the problem a few days later, so can't complain on how the issue was addressed, although the apartment walls and ceiling may need some paint work afterwards. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything, except for the kettle, so we had to boil water for tea in a pot. All in all - very good option for the price, highly recommended for a family stay. Private feedback: We only missed some toilet paper supply (we quickly ran out of it and had to buy a big pack ourselves) and some basic kitchen supplies - towels, salt, olive oil. Oh, and the most important thing that was missing - a kettle! The coffee maker was stored in the closed with some old capsule left from the previous tenants and we were not sure if it's actually working. So we had to boil water in a pot to make coffee and tea. A simple teakettle would be appreciated.

Public review: Appartemment conforme aux photos. Cependant le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement, le sol était très sale, nous avons retrouvé un mouchoir usagé par terre dans la chambre parentale. Les douches étaient crasseuses. Verre en plastique et céréales retrouvés sous le canapé. Il n'y avait pas de petites cuilleres, et seulement 2 verres! Les ustensiles de cuisine sont très limités. Une porte de placard etait cassée, tout comme un tiroir de salle de bain qui s'ouvrait sans cesse. La literie est extrement ferme. La vue sur un immeuble et le parking n'est pas idéale. Hormis ces quelques désagréments nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'agence qui s'occupe de la location ne parle pas français donc communication difficile.

The host provided washing and cleaning supplies in the bathroom and kitchen, which is always a welcome addition. Unfortunately, all the dishes and cutlery in the kitchen needed washing before use. There was also no kettle, which is listed in the apartment amenities. My biggest drawback was the lack of information when booking that keys had to be collected and returned to the office, which is 4 km away. This is a significant inconvenience for those traveling without a car. The host responded to every message quickly and spoke English. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I rate my stay very positive and recommend this apartment and the host. Private feedback: Hi, thank you for your hospitality and pleasant stay. The apartment has a great location by the beach, and the photos accurately reflect the interior. It was very kind of you to leave shower gel, shampoo, and dish soap. The biggest drawback of the apartment for me was the lack of information when booking that keys should be collected and returned to the office. I also asked about the possibility of leaving the key in the mailbox on the premises, but unfortunately, I was denied permission. On the day of departure, two people had to walk 4 km with three backpacks to return the keys. This information should be included in the Airbnb listing. The kitchen utensils needed washing before use – there was leftover broccoli in one of the pots. I recommend thoroughly inspecting the kitchen after guests check out.

O que mais nos incomodou foi o colchão da cama de casal que era extremamente macio, afundamos nele ao dormir. E somos um casal que não tem tanto peso. A cozinha dá pra cozinhar perfeitamente. Foi um lugar muito agradável. Private feedback: Boa tarde, o que nos incomodou foi a questão que tinha sujeira na varanda, como latinha de cerveza e sujeira variada para um canto, debaixo da cama também tinha sujeira. O banheiro em frente as camas de solteiros está a vazar água no box. A maçaneta do quarto de casal está soltando, a máquina de lavar roupas está com muita sujeira entre as borrachas, tentei lavar antes de usar mais não saiu, vai ter que usar bucha. Mais o restante tava perfeito.

Il nous a manqué quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner, mais lorsque nous avons signalé à la société qui gère la location, elle a contacté le propriétaire qui nous a autorisé à acheté ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons été remboursé sans problème. Nous avons apprécié l'ascenseur, la place de parking privée et protégée dans la résidence. Belle vue mer depuis la terrasse qui est de taille correcte. La résidence a un accès direct à la plage. Un chemin côtier est aménagé pour de bonnes balades le long de la plage. Pour conclure, logement agréable et confortable. Petit bemol, Le matelas était un peu trop mou pour nous. Public review: Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Direkt an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Man kann sehr weit ins Meer laufen, ideal auch für Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht. Leider war die Spülmaschine defekt und es stand noch altes Geschirr drin. Das wurde auch bis zur Abreise nicht behoben. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nur sehr wenige Restaurants. Dafür ist es angenehm ruhig. Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen, Aldi direkt um die Ecke. Ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
