La remise des clés s’est faite très simplement et sans aucun problème, tout comme notre départ. Headline: Really nice place, big and comfortable with a nice view Positive: Location is very well located, apartment is comfortable and complete with everything needed. Negative: We wanted to use the pool, came late and they open until the next day at 10 am which is the check out time and you have to deliver keys in a not so close places. I believe check out is to early.

Public review: It was ok, there was a distinct unpleasant smell on entering, with no cleaning materials. The apartment was opposite a campsite which had music blasting out until 3am one night, (it was a bank holiday apparently), and the building sites would start their engines at about 4am! the access to the pool has a fob but there is also a keypad which would of been helpful if we were given the code for it. The parking space in the garage wasn’t explained so very difficult to find as the numbers are not in any order!

Headline: Functional but lacking in charm. I wouldn't stay here again Positive: The apartment itself is OK, everything worked for me. It was very clean and functional and the parking is directly below the apartment, making it very convenient. You can more or less see the sea from the balcony. Negative: (There was no corkscrew so I had to buy one.) The balcony faces North and has a view over a campsite and some construction work. Although the windows are double-glazed, they don't give any sound insulation, so you hear everything outside even though you're on the 8th floor. Thus, construction vehicles beeping from 8.00 and trucks passing in the street below. The apartment blocks in Oropesa are a bit like prison buildings: this place has no charm whatsoever. This particular apartment block is about as far North away from the town centre as it's possible to be, so you can't really walk anywhere interesting, you need a car.

Public review: Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans l'appartement d'Inès et l'appartement convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes. La terrasse est très agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. L'environnement de l'appartement est propre et bien entretenu. La piscine est également très agréable. La cuisine était bien équipée. Inès a toujours répondu à nos questions en quelques minutes. Nous espérons que l'appartement sera libre quand nous reviendrons à Oropesa! Private feedback: Bonjour Inès, merci pour votre accueil et pour votre réactivité. Nous avons passé une belle semaine. Attention tout de même à la place de parking car l'autre locataire a griffé ma voiture volontairement... Il faut également mettre une plaque dans le four car elle était manquante à notre arrivée. Private feedback: Nos ha encantado todo, pero es verdad que siendo cuatro personas estaría bien que dierais dos juegos de llaves, para no depender unos de otros. Public review: Very complicated with key pick up and you tube videos , parking going through gates and finding elevators. Said unit was 5 min from key but was 15 min. Unit was freezing cold and only one wall unit heater that did nothing , had to take batteries from tv remote to ac remote. Turned on unit went out for hours left heat and come back still freezing . Let owner know that night was freezing , heard back in morning sorry not warm enough for you , not a winter rental , this was on xmas eve and Xmas day . Should supply space heaters in unit . Than after calling a third party she told me to call for help I got a recording and a second number I was told to call back during business hours. I contacted air b n b to tell them I wanted to cancel the next two days due to it being so cold. Than host offered a solution to bring heaters in but too late . This was around 1 pm . She said sorry she’s not Santa Claus and could put heaters under the tree. And told me my rating 4 of 5 bad Private feedback: Next time instead of giving rude comments and waiting for tenant to contact air bnb for help. Try being kind and offering a solution at first. And spend 1 euro for batteries for heater remote. You knew it needed batteries since you told me to switch from tv remote.

Public review: Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf!! Alles was top geregeld. Zoals de instructies hoe je de auto in de garage krijgt tot aan hoe je bij het appartement komt. Alles word duidelik uitgelegd en er zijn zelfs video’s. Dit vonden wij erg handig! Vooral om dat je na zo lange reis heel moe bent en je wilt dan het liefst zo snel mogelijk in het appartement zijn zonder te veel moeten zoeken. Echt top!! Het appartement was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en heeeel schoon. Wat wij heel belangrijk vinden. Communicatie was ook top. Je kreeg een contactpersoon en kon zo je vragen appen. Er werd ook gelijk gereageerd. Zowel de contactpersoon als de mensen van de airbnb waren erg vriendelijk. Wij kunnen dit appartement zeker aanraden en komen hier zeker terug!! :) Private feedback: Alles was heel goed geregeld en jullie waren allemaal zo vriendelijk!! Eerste dag deed het koffie appartement het niet en er werd gelijk al een nieuwe apparaat gebracht. Dit was echt goede service! Niet te vergeten nogmaals bedankt voor de korting!! Dit maakte al gelijk alles goed omdat jullie meedachten en ons graag verwelkomden. Dankjulliewel!!!
