Amplio y reformado en el corazón de Benicàssim, a pasos del mar y con aparcamiento fácil
Llegar a La Alboreda es llegar sin complicaciones: el barrio de les Vil·les recibe con calles tranquilas, sombra de árboles y ese ritmo pausado que solo tienen los pueblos costeros de la Comunitat Valenciana. El apartamento ocupa la segunda planta de un edificio reformado, y desde el primer momento se nota que hay cuidado en cada detalle. Espacioso, luminoso y con todo lo necesario para instalarse de verdad.
La cocina está equipada para quien quiera cocinar en serio: vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, hervidor y batería completa de ollas y utensilios. Dos habitaciones bien diferenciadas —una cama de 150 y dos camas individuales de 90— hacen que el espacio funcione tanto para parejas como para grupos pequeños que necesitan dormir por separado. La ropa de cama está incluida, hay wifi, televisión y todo lo básico del día a día ya está en su sitio.
El Passeig de Pérez Bayer conecta directamente con la vida de Benicàssim sin el ruido de las zonas más turísticas. Los huéspedes destacan especialmente la facilidad para aparcar en la zona, algo que en verano en la costa valenciana tiene más valor del que parece. Las playas de Benicàssim —con sus más de cinco kilómetros de arena fina— y el paseo marítimo están a pocos minutos a pie o en bici.
Con una valoración media de 9,5 sobre 10 en ocho estancias, los huéspedes coinciden en dos cosas: la comodidad del apartamento y lo bien ubicado que está. 'Muy cómodo y amplio', 'ubicación muy buena, con mucho aparcamiento', 'buena calidad/precio' son las frases que se repiten. Un piso reformado, tranquilo y sin sorpresas —exactamente lo que se busca cuando uno quiere desconectar en la costa de Castellón.

Public review: Het appartement was schoon en functioneel ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Het enige wat ontbrak was een hand- en theedoek in de keuken, dat is toch handig voor kleine afwasjes, als je de vaatwasser niet gebruikt. Ligging was prima. De winkels en het strand zijn op loopafstand. Lekker geluncht bij Solet, een eetgelegenheid in de straat. Private feedback: Zoals ik al schreef is een theedoek en handdoek voor in de keuken wel handig ivm een kleine afwas.

Headline: Radi sa vrátime späť pokiaľ budeme cestovať opäť do Španielska a do Benicasimu. Positive: Veľký priestor, možnosť parkovania v garáži, pri centre mesta a blízko reštaurácie a obchody, na pláž 10 min. peši. Komunikácia s majiteľmi jednoduchá a ústretová. Čisté okolie, pravidelné upratovanie ciest a chodníkov nás milo prekvapilo. Negative:

Headline: Why they rent this apartment out next to a building site is beyond me. Positive: The apartment was in a good central position which we wanted and the first two days were excellent. Negative: Why this management company thought it was ok to rent out this apartment for the week while building work was happening in the next apartment block is beyond me, it started at 7.30am and carried on till 5.30pm Monday to Friday, We complain on the Tuesday and got a Whatsapp back saying the noise wasn't usually bad so we sent audios of the noise to them and that was it we never heard from them again nothing, by the Friday we had enough so left early to finally end a miserable week. We booked the apartment as a treat to my wife who has been under going cancer treatment for the last 18 months and has now been given the all clear and this was our first holiday for over two years and then to be put next to a building site was horrendous. Shameful.

Buen apartamento calidad/precio
Apartamento muy cómodo, ubicación muy buena, con mucho aparcamiento. Recoge en reformado.
Con aire acondicionado, por lo que solo se calientan varias zonas del apartamento, no todas las estancias. Una ventana de una habitación siempre abierta, no tenía empuñadura para poder cerrarse.

Public review: Mi estancia en la casa fue muy agradable. El lugar estaba limpio, bien cuidado y tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación es práctica y tranquila, ideal para descansar. El anfitrión fue atento y respondió rápido a cualquier duda. En general, una experiencia muy buena; definitivamente consideraría volver. Public review: Really lovely spacious flat with everything we needed and a short walk to the beach and train station. Very loud noise from construction work next door was not great but nothing to do with the flat itself

Public review: Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung, leider mit Schimmel an den Wänden im Schlafzimmer und ihm Wohnzimmer (man kann es schon riechen, wenn man unten den Hausflur betritt). Nach rund 14 Tagen habe ich gemerkt, dass ich Schwierigkeiten beim Atmen bekam - vor allem als es zu regnen begann - , obwohl ich den Schimmel bereits selbst behandelt hatte. Auch die Waschmaschine war nicht besonders "einladend", da Schimmel am Gummi. Die Lage ist top. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die Küche und die Dusche - im Bad ist es im Dezember ohne Heizlüfter zu kalt. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem. Abgesehen vom staubigen Boden habe ich die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Service war sehr gut.
