Public review: AMAZING location! I think it wasn't described enough. It is RIGHT in front of the farmers market which comes every Thursday in the city. If you go there try their olives! Plus is LITERALLY in the location where all the tapas and restaurants are, which is amazing for dinner, wine or beers! And on top of it all is literally 10min walking (a straight street) to the Beach! Not full beach, you can see that is full with families as it's a residential area. Groceries and everything you may need/want is within walking distance. I might say that toilet paper or soap for the dishes might be a plus but you can also buy it nearby. Also it would make more sense to have the extra beds in the room with the air conditioning 😅 It has (besides the main bedroom) 2 other ones for kids or other guests. Honestly it was amazingly comfortable! Would be definitely coming back here and definitely recommend it for families or anyone, the apartment is quite big, way more than expected! Public review: Het appartement was schoon en functioneel ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Het enige wat ontbrak was een hand- en theedoek in de keuken, dat is toch handig voor kleine afwasjes, als je de vaatwasser niet gebruikt. Ligging was prima. De winkels en het strand zijn op loopafstand. Lekker geluncht bij Solet, een eetgelegenheid in de straat. Private feedback: Zoals ik al schreef is een theedoek en handdoek voor in de keuken wel handig ivm een kleine afwas.

Headline: Apartamento en el centro de Benicàssim. Positive: Su situación está en el centro de Benicàssim, 15 minutos andando hasta la playa, está todo muy nuevo, tiene aire acondicionado. Es silencioso. Tuvimos un problema con la cafetera y enseguida nos la substituyeron, fueron rápidos y eficaces. Seguro que repetimos. Negative: Las almohadas, podrian ser un poco mejor.

Public review: La agencia que lleva el alquiler no responde al número de emergencia en un tiempo razonable, por lo cual nunca recibí el Pin para poder entrar y no nos quedó otra que ir a un Hotel a pasar la noche ... luego de 3 horas respondieron y me enviaron el Pin pero ya era muy tarde .... tampoco mostraron un actitud resolutiva o empática ante tal incidencia, por suerte lleve el reclamo a Airbnb y al mostrarles las pruebas de tantos llamados y mensajes en casi 3 horas que se hicieron eternas, rapidamente reconocieron la incidencia y me reembolsaron la noche que no pude disfrutar. Quitando la pobre y poco profesional actuación de la agencia Orclaus, la estancia en esta propiedad fue muy agradable, el piso tiene mucha iluminación, es acogedor y amplio,no han escatimado en climatización, está bien equipado, la zona es perfecta. Private feedback: El piso está muy bien, la limpieza también, no hay problema al respecto. Pero la agencia Orclaus tiene que replantearse la forma en que trabaja, la asistencia que ofrece. Me parece muy bien que intenten automatizar las respuestas con WSP/IA o la tecnología que fuere, pero hay veces que se necesita a un humano para dar respuesta ante situaciones delicadas, entiendo que esa respuesta no puede ser rápida pero 3 horas es excesivo para un cliente que no puede entrar al piso y está solicitando ayuda...

Public review: El apartamento está genial ubicado, es bonito, moderno, limpio y súper amplio. Tiene aire acondicionado y la terraza es estupenda. Sin embargo tuvimos algunos inconvenientes, como muy poco papel higiénico, no tenia sal, aceite, pastillas del lavavajillas… Por último, aun que no es cosa de la propietaria todo el edificio huele a humedad por las obras del edificio contiguo.

Positive: Veľký priestor, možnosť parkovania v garáži, pri centre mesta a blízko reštaurácie a obchody, na pláž 10 min. peši. Komunikácia s majiteľmi jednoduchá a ústretová. Čisté okolie, pravidelné upratovanie ciest a chodníkov nás milo prekvapilo. Negative:

Headline: Why they rent this apartment out next to a building site is beyond me. Positive: The apartment was in a good central position which we wanted and the first two days were excellent. Negative: Why this management company thought it was ok to rent out this apartment for the week while building work was happening in the next apartment block is beyond me, it started at 7.30am and carried on till 5.30pm Monday to Friday, We complain on the Tuesday and got a Whatsapp back saying the noise wasn't usually bad so we sent audios of the noise to them and that was it we never heard from them again nothing, by the Friday we had enough so left early to finally end a miserable week. We booked the apartment as a treat to my wife who has been under going cancer treatment for the last 18 months and has now been given the all clear and this was our first holiday for over two years and then to be put next to a building site was horrendous. Shameful.

Public review: Mi estancia en la casa fue muy agradable. El lugar estaba limpio, bien cuidado y tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación es práctica y tranquila, ideal para descansar. El anfitrión fue atento y respondió rápido a cualquier duda. En general, una experiencia muy buena; definitivamente consideraría volver. Public review: Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung, leider mit Schimmel an den Wänden im Schlafzimmer und ihm Wohnzimmer (man kann es schon riechen, wenn man unten den Hausflur betritt). Nach rund 14 Tagen habe ich gemerkt, dass ich Schwierigkeiten beim Atmen bekam - vor allem als es zu regnen begann - , obwohl ich den Schimmel bereits selbst behandelt hatte. Auch die Waschmaschine war nicht besonders "einladend", da Schimmel am Gummi. Die Lage ist top. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die Küche und die Dusche - im Bad ist es im Dezember ohne Heizlüfter zu kalt. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem. Abgesehen vom staubigen Boden habe ich die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Service war sehr gut.
